The beginning of our campaign to end the suffering and misery of all the animals murdered by this university every year in the name of fake science !

On Thursday 27th of October , TCD Animal Rights will be holding a protest against Trinity's disgusting abuse of animals for vivisection . We will be gathering at the science block entrance to the university , to educate the public about the cruelty hidden within the college walls , and to put pressure on scientists to drop animal torture as a method of so-called research .

Trinity College Dublin uses mice , rats and rabbits in experiments relating to genetic disorders and allergic conditions . These processes are painful and terrifying for the victims , who never fully recover and are almost invariably murdered when their mutilated bodies are considered to be of no further use . Baby mice are born blind so that scientists can investigate the nature of blindness by operating on them . Beagle dogs have had their teeth extracted for dentistry research . The last time we obtained information about the number of animals was last year ,when 7000 mice, 2000 rats and 10 rabbits were the subjects of invasive experiments . None of these animals are ever taken outside . They live in fear and pain, and die without having experienced a single moment of comfort or kindness .

If this angers you - if you care about the fate of these helpless and innocent creatures and want to be a voice for them - JOIN US ON THURSDAY !!!!

    See you there !

Tina ( TCD Animal Rights )
