Protest in solidarity with Greek anti-fascists in the wake of the murder
of Pavlos Fyssas.
AFA Ireland have called for a demonstration in solidarity with Greek anti-fascists in the wake of the murder of Pavlos Fyssas by members of the Neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party. Fyssas, a rapper and anti-fascist activist was stabbed in the chest after leaving a cafe last Wednesday. The assassin was identified by Fyssas before he succumbed to his wounds, the killer also identified himself as a member of Golden Dawn, according to police. He was arrested along with his wife and two others who tried to hide/destroy evidence which proved his affiliation with Golden Dawn.
