USI Occupy Dept Education

About a dozen members of the Union of Students of Ireland have seized control of parts of the Department of Education in protest at possibly plans to bring back fees. There seem to be no plans at this time to seize other parts of Dublin and declare a workers republic but hey, it's only 10am.
