This is part of the series of Thursday Night Talks (TNTs) given by the Latin America
Solidarity Centre (LASC). The talk starts at 7:30 pm at LASC. 5, Merrion Row, Dublin 2
(which is more or less across the road from O'Donoghues pub)

NB. TNT's are free of charge, but due to recent high attendance at TNT's, numbers will
be limited for safety; late-comers may not be admitted.

The School of Americas has been around for quite awhile. It used to be based in
Panama, but is now in Georgia, USA. It's the premier terrorist training camp of
the USA, where many of the most repressive members of the famous death squads
and other leaders of repression from Central and South America over the
past 40+ years have passed through it's classes.

One of it's star pupils was the person who assasinated Archbishop Romero of El Salvador,
while saying mass, back in the early 80's.
