by Jens Peter Bonde - - Yesterday, the Praesidium of the Convention on the Future of Europe was presented with a secret draft plan for a future Constitution for Europe. Not even the members of the Praesidium were allowed to keep a copy of the draft, which was collected in again after the discussion.
