Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5 6another article taken down by indymedia, concerned Prodi's criticism of the Maastricht stability criteria, which Irish politicans reassured us a few years were indespensable and had to be voted for during the Maastricht referendum. Somebody should publish a book on the contractidictory statements by political hacks both here and at the heart of the empire.
A bunch of posts were taken down last night because there were half a dozen articles posted in quick succession that were just reprints of articles from EUObserver. That's spamming the newswire.
can they not leave the first few lines up so people can decide if the articles in question have any news or other value?
If you join the editorial lists you will be informed of which articles are deleted, and for what reasons. If the guy who posted a series of articles from euobserver writes a digest instead I'm sure that would be left up. But its a real problem when so many articles on the newswire are just reprints of articles that are available elsewhere, because it drowns out the original news.
ray, when did you ever post anything original?
you make a good censor though.
