over a fifth of the victims of the oil industry on Irish roads are either pedestrians or cyclists and nobody is doing anything about it.

It has been reported that over a fifth of the causalties of the oil industry on Irish roads are either pedestrians or cyclists. This further points out the need for traffic free city centres and the worst culprits the trucks owned by big business to be curtailed and heavily penalised.
