The following schedule explains what’s happening at the "nO WorK No shOp" space which is taking place in Florence between November 6/10 at the Visario Hippodrome (Parco delle Cascine area). You might already know that the "nO WorK No shOp" space is going to be at the Visario Hippodrome (Parco delle Cascine area) and not at the sports centre, as previously communicated. The Hippodrome will be able to host (inside a building!) at least 3000/5000 people and it is a perfect place to be passed through by different moments, strategies, events. Global tv (Hot Bird 13°E Downlink Frequency: 12.520 Polarization: Vertical Symbolrate 27.500 kSymb/s - GoldBox channel 150) is to be “set” inside the NO WORK NO SHOP area and its programmes will start off Nov. 6 in the evening. Since Global Tv is to be both live and archives materials, we are inviting all of you to bring videos, documentaries. There are to be two everyday editorial briefings at about 12 and 8.00 p.m.

November 6, Global radio will follow live borders events and at 9.00 p.m. there’s to be the first editorial meeting at the Hippodrome (Hot Bird a 13°E Downlink Frequency: 11.095,91 Polarization: Horizontal Symbolrate: 27.500 kSymb/s). Temporary schedule, open to any contamination, sees a meeting Nov. 7 at 5 p.m. in order to open a European workshop on disobedience practices and knowledge.
Nov. 8 at 12.00 NO WORK NO SHOP will host YA BASTA’s event entitled “CHIAPAS-EUROPA the zapatist’s experience among local resistance and global struggles”, an open debate held together with Adelfo Regino - Indigenous national Congress, Jesus Ramirez Cuevas - journalist of the Mexican newspaper Jornada, Ramon Mantovani - Rifondazione comunista m.p., Gianfranco Bettin - Mestre Ve pro-major, the Green party ... and many others. The same day at 4.00 p.m. Global Magazine issue "0" is to be presented: themes treated are Europe (Beppe Caccia, Peppe Allegri), income (Papi Bronzini, Marco Bascetta) e war (Toni Negri and Naomi Klein, Giulietto Chiesa video-interview), these are to be the steps through which the new editorial adventure can be told. This appointment can be a discussion moment during which communication issues and practices can be deeply approached. The laboratory on the South will follow and at 8.00 p.m. a general meeting in order to organize Saturday's demonstration. Friday 8 will end up with the ludic, joyful moment NO MARTINI, NO PARTY.

Since the most of the Disobedients will be at the borders Wed. Nov.6, NO WORK NO SHOP during that day will work as tv and radio equipping day, from the same evening on it will be an active discussion meeting place.
