Gardai are currently investigating, rumours that a critical bug exists in the traffic points software.

Gardai are currently investigating, rumours that a critical bug exists in the traffic points software.

The rumour has been circulating around the country all morning.

The bug is rumoured to allow an individual fined 40 euros, to send a check for 41 euros, which when returned will eliminate points accrued.

The investigation is urgently attempting to source the rumours to discover whether the leak of the bugs existence was deliberate or accidental and ditto for it's creation.

A number of geeks are keeping their heads down.
