EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Citizens of the World are encouraged to IMMEDIATELY BOYCOTT all products and services of the United States of America until such time as the Unites States of America ceases and desists from the production of weapons of mass destruction; quits all programs which produce weapons of mass destruction; submits documentation to the United Nations declaring all programs, activities, and research into the production of weapons of mass destruction; and allows United Nations inspectors open and unfettered access to all facilities engaged in the research, development, production, and stockpiling of weapons of mass destruction. This BOYCOTT shall exist until such time as the United States of America conforms to the articles described above, which shall be enforced by the citizens of the world in securing peace and freedom from weapons of mass destruction owned and operated by the United States of America.
