Iraqi nuclear scientist promised medical treatment for wife

Article in the Observer. Iraqi scientist accuses "a female member" of the UN weapons inspection team of telling him that if he leaves Iraq then his wife (suffering from diabetes and kidney problems) can get medical treatment. Context: Iraq had a great health care system and after the bombing and starvation many don't have clean water.
