USAF VIP C-20 Jet tail number 70140
USAFE Lear Jet 40111 I believ is normally based out of Ramstein, Germany, (US Air Force Europe -USAFE HeadQuarters... so it's USAFEHQ??? )

Dept of Navy C-20 was number 735

ATA N195AT landed 12.58pm
World Airways landed 13.17pm

We saw several hundred troops in desert cammo disembarking.

We saw the "branch" watching us, watching them.
Branch didn't approach, probably for fear of being asked to enforce the law.

We also let a local and his 2 year old son look through the scope.
He was a concerned father, and didn't like what he saw.
