Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8We should stop underestimatingthe size of Saturday's demo and accepting the figure put out by the establishment. A count was done during the march and the figure was close to 3,000
When is the next demo ? Let's do one next weekend. I will travel from Cork with a full car.
It is freshing to see the anti-war demo issue been covered with excellent audio-visual downloads and interesting stories. IMC Ireland -keep it up! George.
Indymedia posting 4 new articles in a week!!?? Yes indeed, as George O'Connor, said - great coverage!! keep it up!! Not enuf new articles are being posted in the main section.
Also the opinion pieces at the end of the articles is a very good idea and then a seperate place just to comment on the overall article.
It gives readers a chance to keep a longer detate going on issues. The newswire column is receiving heavier traffic and news and subsequent debates goes down the wire very quickly now.
NIALL!!?? Is that you??
I'll bring me mates...
these things take co ordination get organised...
join the IAWA or better yet the GG
And SP fuck....Y'know because of your persistent habit of y'know, LYING about demo estimates, I'm thinking you are about as plausible as the the tribune
Again, this is just fantastic reporting and is head and shoulders above the level of most of the dross that one gets either on corporate media or on other alt-news.
It revealed the completely one-sided uses of State power against concerned citizens trying to uphold the law. I am interested in the fact that the Gardai and security people appear to feel that it is there right not to show their badges properly, to demand that recording cease and to refuse to investigate serious breaches of our territorial sovereignty.
It really shows ordinary people what their job is and how they don't answer to us.
and I can't take credit for J18 video stuff - that'd be my anonymous buttie irishvidhead or some such.
