Two Burlington Defendants found guilty and fined today

Just heard this. Two SWP members were today found guilty of Public Order offences arising from the controversial PPP protests at the Burlington Hotel.

They recieved significant fines.

Were they guilty of the Public Order offense of being assaulted by Gardai, or the Public Order offense of resisting assault?

I would presume it's because he didn't know,not because of what organisations you may or may not be in. Congrats anyway
