I read that a member of the Clare County Council was questioning whether the camp's sanitary habits were a threat to health. I didn't see any chemical toilets when I drove by a couple of weeks ago.

I think that this injunction against the peace camp is absolutely out of order. For one thing , Who owns the land? If noone has the deeds to it then we cant be trespassing.
Ever since the direct actions have taken place against the US military planes at the airport the Peace camp has been unfairly blamed and targeted. I think we should all try and remember what the camp has achieved and the position it has in the anti-war movement
These direct actions where not initiated or encouraged by the Peace camp. Is it not more logical that the motives for thses actions were Brian Cowan and Bertie Ahern stating that the use of Shannon Airport will not change!
Peoples frustration is increasing and instead of putting false blame onto innocent scape gaots piut it where it belongs. On the government!

Come to the High Court on Wednesday and support the PeaceCamp.

This attempted injuction may actually increase support of the peace camp.

I would think that that the general public will be outraged and concerned by this draconian move.

A few friends of mine who have had luke warm interest in the camp to date, have said to me that they will straight down in a car to support protestors if this injunciton goes ahead.
