Mondays Irish Independent quotes unnamed 'government sources' on its front page who say even if Bush goes to war without a UN mandate the government will continue to allow refuelling to take place at Shannon. If, as it appears likely, the government refuses to stop refuelling then direct action is the only road left to those who oppose the war.
