The Supreme Court, comprising of Justices Adrian Hardiman, Hugh Geoghegan, and Brian McCracken, Friday heard an appeal by Mr. Gordon Lucas and Mr. Dominick Dunne for an interlocutory injunction.
The Supreme Court reserved judgement until Monday, February 24th at 10am.
Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council have given undertakings not to comense work over the weekend.
