The BBC has taken a lead from indymedia and turned to open-publishing, eh, i think....
Check this out for a good laugh, especially the one where some creative media-activist came up with the following caption for their foto: "The enthusiasm and dedication of this protest organiser was very evident. He was always shouting down his megaphone much to the bemusement of police." Well done lad.
Strange stuff, it all looks real enough, very "UK" like, but is it no more than another trick to capture an audience and lead them elsewhere?
Check out what they choose to highlight.
I'd be interested to see some opinion about this.

Jump To Comment: 1All of the "quotes" highlighted in the link were of this calibre. Obviously the same script writer was employed, and all were pro war except two, I believe.
"most of the protesters are simply protesting for the sake of having some rebellious fun"
What genius came up with that one? I suppose most of the pro war crowd as well as the soldiers invading Iraq ar just in it for the duck shoot!
