The 3 animals that murdered Garda Jerry McCabe while robbing a post office in Co. Limerick will not be released. Anyone that believes in justice in Ireland will be happy at this news. Of course, I expect the usual crowd of brain-dead Sinn Fein/Indymedia types to be angry at this. It'll make for such funny reading.
Court rejects IRA men's early release appeal
The High Court has rejected an action by two IRA men jailed in connection with the killing of Detective Garda Jerry McCabe in Co Limerick in 1996. The court ruled that the Government is not obliged to consider whether the men should be released under the 1998 Good Friday Agreement. Michael O'Neill was one of three men convicted of manslaughter after Detective McCabe was shot dead during a botched post office raid in Adare in June 1996. John Quinn was jailed for conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with the same raid.
