'They executed our boys'

Families of dead British soldiers ask Blair to tell them the truth about how their sons died. He had claimed two tommies were executed in an act "of cruelty beyond all human comprehension" when dragged from their vehicles and executed. He now admits there is no "absolute evidence" of this

The dead bodies of two Brits were allegedly found "a distance" from their vehicle without flak jackets and this, says Mr Blair, is proof they were executed by Iraqis. More like proof they were surprised while on a break in an undefended forward position! Executed by their officers stupidity ? And that's a US officer, Tommy Franks, who is also the Supreme Commander of Irish invading ISAF troops in Afghanistan.

The Effect: the British public feel less pain when they hear of Iraqi army or civilian casualties. The British soldiers in the field will be more willing to be brutal and fierce.

However a significant statement comes from Private Danny Quirk, 22, from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire on patrol at a checkpoint near the ambush site when he cautiously inserts.."If it's true that the British soldiers were executed in cold blood"..into his conversation.

Yes Danny, it's wise to be cautious when your officers and government are liars, murderers and thieves and are themselves guilty "of cruelty beyond all human comprehension". You have it tattoed right between "Mum and Dad" and "Danny loves Liz" - "IF IT'S TRUE"

Even though Blair yesterday went back on the execution story, Col Ben Hodges this morning said the story was true? He also said they had taken Omm Qsar(!), there was a public uprising in Basra (!), and the war was going to plan(!). Are these people not embarassed to lie like this?
