Aghani Freedom Fighters resist foreign occupation
A close ally of Afghan President Hamid Karzai was gunned down in southern Afghanistan and a bomb exploded at an Afghan army base on Saturday, wounding an officer and four other soldiers.
The explosion at Army's 14th Garrison headquarters in the eastern city of Jalalabad injured (possibly killed) deputy commander Syed Rehman, said Haji Tahir, head of the garrison. The bomb was powerful enough to shatter windows in several nearby houses.
A close ally of US puppett mohammed Karzai, Haji Gilani and his nephew, were killed outside their home in the town of Deh Rawood on Thursday night by six gunmen. Mardan Khan, whose brother was a Taliban commander was allegedly seen fleeing the scene.
Two men were caught with remote control explosives near a U.S. base in Kandahar and two American servicemen were killed when a U.S. military convoy was ambushed recently .
Karsey will not go to the funerals for fear of his safety. Some Enduring Freedom, Eh?
Mullah Mohammed Omar threatened more attacks and declared a holy war against international forces and told Afghans they would be considered enemies if they keep working with the government. Like the people who used to build army bases in the North - can anyone remember their history? "Night letters," warning Afghans against working with foreigners and threatening those that do with death have been circulated.
