A quieter day than the RTS by all accounts.

Sorry for being a bit late with this news, been away from a computer for a few days. Galways People and Planet event went off without the brutality of the cops thank x. A sunny day brought large crowds to Eyre Square to hear speakers on local, national and International events, to hear music, see a fairy festival and generally enjoy a (late) celebration of May Day. Many young people there. Thanks to everyone that got involved. Thoughts go to all the victims of the cops and good luck with the demo tonight. jc SWP Galway
