In other news, the ex-CIA direstor, James Woolsey, who says that America is engaged in World War 4, is tipped to take over the Iraqi infomation ministry. Al Jazeera is a commercially maintained Media source a multinational in fact with serious funding from several "semi-state bodies" and as of two months a very healthy advertising budget in English.
