Big brother puts his private eye on you

Seamus Brennan (Minister for Transport) said the Government plans to allow private companies to operate speed cameras in place of the Gardaí this morning on RTE Radio. Michael McDowell (PD minister for Justice) is also (predictably) in favour of the move.
