had a hard life not as hard as mine,
loved your cursing and the way yur eyes shine
when you shout and you spit,
you fought like a rabid bull pit,
street fighting corner girl
one in a million, undiscovered pearl
living angel of the underclass
peasant princess of the untouchable caste
you lied and you thieved
how you survived on the cold streets

you bitched and you touted
all the laws that could be flouted
like a mini tornado parting the waves
broke the chains of the enslaved.
i will always love you,
cos i know the pain youve been through
had to fight all your life
take your beatings without strife
through the darkest peaceline night
nothing could put out your light
butchers knife glints through the night
stabbing through flesh without a fight
miss the noise you brought into my life
the cursing and the turmoil
mad plans of the gangstas moll
maybe the last wretchings of a guttersnipe
