Dear Minister Joe Jacob,

As an act of Public Service, Globalise Resistance is organising (at no
expense to the state) a
"nuclear meltdown drill" to educate our populace on what they should do in
the case of a nuclear
disaster in Sellafield.

This drill will take place at 3pm at the Central Bank on Dame Street on
Saturday 9th of March.

We would like to formally invite you to attend that drill with copies of
your emergency plan, to
reassure people that the Government will be in full control in the event of
such a nuclear
emergency.

Our information leads us to believe that in the event of a nuclear disaster
many thousands of
people would die within hours, and that the only emergency plan that would
actually work is to
shut down Sellafield now - but we stand ready to be corrected.

Please confirm by e-mail whether or not an emergency plan exists and whether
or not you plan to
take up this invitation.
