A discussion on "Multitude" sounds extraordinarily inaccessible to me. But I cant say for sure, seeing as how I havent read it. I wouldnt even try. I vaguely heard all about the academic furore over the previous book "Empire", and managed to borrow a copy, which I, being the obvious moron I am, could not make head nor tail of. It was political theory to the point of meaningless abstraction, even more vague than Deleuze or Guttari's work (occasionally you would pick up some nugget of sense in there) and I dont think I enjoyed a single sentence.
Is Multitude any way different at all?
It's a bit simpler but it's still packed with jargon and waffle. Not worth the time and effort, and only worth the money if you steal it.
