Unfortunately the news arrived too late for me to get out to The Hill by tomorrow! But anybody able to get there, please do so and show solidarity with the vigil keepers. Bring warm cloths, and also bring some basic food for the vigil keepers, please. Total public disobedience towards the tyranny of our own government is needed now!

"Nobody is gonna come and horse ye out if it, I guarantee it". Garda Brian Havern - Navan Garda Station - 046 9079930

This a quote from this police officer who visited the Tara camp in July.

What's the story now?

We called the vigil earlier today and it is all quiet, except for the large number of calls of solidarity they have received from around the world, since word went out yesterday evening. Legal assistance is on standby. Word of the OPW actions also went out over local and national radio yesterday evening, and it is hoped that media exposure makes the authorities less likely to remove them.

No news is good news! I take it nothing happened today? The initial alert mentioned something about those two OPW guys approaching the vigilkeepers at 5.20 pm? Usually civil servants, unless they are running a little overtime scam, work strictly from 9 to 5. Did anybody in the camp check their IDs? Maybe not OPW at all, but just two local FFFs ( = Friends of Fainne Fail) trying to scare the vigil keepers?

Cute Hoors from Fianna Fail? What else, Michael! IDs must be carefully examined.

Has everyone a copy of their Constitution?
Just hold it up to the 'Authorities'.
They may run away wagging their Tails behind them.
