Officials seen moving through Dublin City centre in Radiation Suits

I have just spotted a large group of official looking figures sporting white chemical suits in the area of Trinity College. They appear to be positioning themselves throughout the south inner city area. On asking what they were up to I was told in no uncertain terms to go about my business. Is something happening that we don't know about?

dont worry dear these people were PROTESTORS and they were DRESSED UP pretending to be officials.
