Defence Lawyers call for investigation

The Defence Lawyers of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda allege "manipulation of the ICTR by member states" and a "cover-up" of RPF crimes which has "been the root cause of millions of deaths in Rwanda, the Congo and the Great Lakes region since the RPF invaded Rwanda with the help of Uganda in 1990. The ICTR has done "a disservice to International Justice" the lawers say.
