Today at the High Court, the Tallaght coordinator of the anti-bin tax campaign, Mick Murphy, was jailed for three weeks and fined 1,500 euro. There were blockades this morning on depots across the city. Most of them were called off when police arrived but the Collins avenue blockade is continuing now.
