The media/gov and industry are not telling people that, in fact, fracking is a major 12 county national issue. This would result in rural Ireland being industrialised by the fracking industry and all the dangers and risks that come with this process. This is also a huge cross-border issue, the same company that wish to frack in the north-west, want to begin operations in Fermanagh. Fermanagh is where the anti-fracking campaign will win or lose in Ireland. Everyone on this island has a vested interest in ensuring that fracking does not proceed in Fermanagh. We will refer to an American writer, namely Chris Hedges, Pulitzer Prize winning author of several important books, to help contextual this movie. Well known crime journalist Paul Williams met with Kevin Tracey at Government Buildings today while the Dail debated for the last day the outfall of the Mahon Tribunal Report regarding corruption surrounding planning and involving high profile politicians such as ex Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and Padraig Flynn. What still needs to be addressed is the unlawful stripping of a full legal planning permission from Kevin Tracey in Dublin. Not only was his legal planning permission taken away from him but he was severely and cruelly punished for standing up for his rights to retain it and build his new house. read full story / add a comment

Perverting the course of justice is common practice with un-elected Englishmen on Her Majesty's service, ruling autocratically in Occupied Ireland. For example, as Eamonn McCann pointed out recently; "Former Secretary of State Peter Hain gets to tell a judge who delivered a verdict he disapproved of that he's "off his rocker", while current incumbent, Owen Paterson, orders someone into prison because he reckons we'd all be better off with her out of the way.. read full story / add a comment

The Mahon Tribunal Report exposes endemic corruption in public life which was very evident for many years. Bertie Ahern had to deal with corruption surrounding the Charles Haughey era and now Micheal Martin has to deal with the corruption surrounding the Bertie Ahern era. The question is - is Micheal Martin going to break the systemic line of corruption or will the next leader of FF be dealing with his corruption? The most disturbing endemic corruption in this country is what happens to hundreds of people sucked into the legal system and it needs to be dealt with immediately. It is far more important as peoples lives are being detroyed. No ones life has been detroyed or will be destroyed with regard to the Mahon Report Corruption. read full story / add a comment

Following his Requisition for a Sworn Publin Enquiry into Corruption in Ireland on the 28 Jan 2012 Daniel Doherty was jailed on the 24 Feb 2012, once again without any summons or court hearing. This has happened to him on at least 7 occasions and has been done to keep him quiet. Minister Shatter you have a lot of work to do to clear up the corruption in the legal and justice system. As new details emerge which show that eight armed undercover British soldiers were targeting Sam Marshall at the time of his death in March 1990, a book to be launched this week will reveal further details. The murdered man's relatives say , "As a result of information and facts concerning Sam’s killing which we have discovered in recent times, we are now convinced that members of British state forces, including British military intelligence and the Special Branch, were directly involved in the planning and commission of his murder. Congratulations to Ian Bailey who eventually scored a victory in the Supreme Court yesterday, ultimately at a huge cost to the State. The questin is what will happen to the perpetrators of the frame up of Ian Bailey, particularly the Gardai. Surely this frame up can not become another cover up. Minister Alan Shatter you need to take focus of what is going on in the Justice and Legal System. read full story / add a comment

Kevin Tracey has legitimately complained for years about the atrocious abuse he has been so wrongly subjected to by the gardai only since he obtained a full legal planning permission to build a new house next door to a Judge, which was taken away from him through the courts. He has ample evidence that this same Judge instigated malicious charges against him through his friends in the gardai, principally at Ballyfermot. In fact Kevin has proved in the District Court that these 31 charges were maliciously concocted by the gardai, dpp and the courts service. read full story / add a comment |
