Dé Céadaoin, 9ú Samhain 2011, OÉ Gaillimh (NUI Galway), Siobhán Mc Kenna Theatre, 7pm Léacht faoi shaothar Karl Marx leis an staraí agus gníomhaí Aindrias Ó Cathasaigh.

Dé Céadaoin, 9ú Samhain 2011, OÉ Gaillimh (NUI Galway), Siobhán Mc Kenna Theatre, 7pm Léarscáil an Champais: http://www.nuigalway.ie/campus_map/ Aindrias Ó Cathasaigh a bheas ag tabhairt an léachta seo. Scríbhneoir polaitiúil agus gníomhaí aitheanta atá ann. Is é údar ‘Karl Marx: Saothar a Shaoil’ é agus tá leabhair ar Friedrich Engels, Séamas Ó Conaighle, agus Máirtín Ó Cadhain i measc na saothar eile leis. Scríobh sé an script do shraith TG4 ‘1916: Seachtar na Cásca’, chomh maith leis an iliomad aistí is altanna i bhfoilseacháin éagsúla. Pléifidh sé bunsmaointe Marx ina léacht, agus an léargas a chaitheann siad ar chúrsaí na hÉireann faoi láthair. Beidh am ag deireadh an léachta le ceisteanna a chur agus an t-ábhar a phlé. Sa staid reatha eacnamaíochta seo is tráthúil agus is tábhachtach amharc go domhain ar na fadhbanna atá inár sochaí agus na bealaí éagsúla atá ar fáil le feabhas a chur ar chúrsaí. Is é atá muid ag iarraidh a bhaint amach anseo ná díospóireacht agus smaointeoireacht a spreagadh i measc an phobail. Má tá tuairim agat faoi chúrsaí i láthair na huaire, faoi Mharx féin, nó má tá fonn ort níos mó a fhoghlaim ar an ábhar bí ann ag an léacht seo! Tuilleadh eolais: su.gaeilge@nuigalway.ie
