It's looking like this year's Swim will be as successful as the thirty-seven that have gone before it , and all in aid of the thirty-two.....
Thanks,
Sharon.
The 38th will be held on the 25th for the 32!
Hi!
Cabhair members/supporters will also be holding sponsored swims in Wexford (Rosslare Strand, Christmas Day, 12 noon) and Armagh (Craigavon Lakes, date and time to be confirmed). And I'm told all the swimmers are hoping for a white Christmas with heavy frost to ensure they earn their keep.....
Thanks,
Sharon.

Hi!
The 'deciding factor' - the weather! - was kind to us on Christmas Day last on the banks of the Grand Canal in Inchicore, Dublin, for the annual Cabhair outing, as it was 'only' frosty, icy and cold. Near perfect conditions (!) for a fund-raising swim, which five lads did, closely monitored by various people, including a mysterious 'MIB' , two 'SB' and a 'damaged' SC !
A few words and pics re this event - the 38th such successive one - can be viewed at the 'Related Link' , below.
Thanks,
Sharon.
