President announces ‘A Celebration of Islamic Art’

On Monday 21st November 2016, at 2pm, the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland welcomes President M D Higgins to the Centre on Roebuck Road in Clonskeagh as part of their 20th Anniversary Celebrations. The President will announce ‘A Celebration of Islamic Art’ that is on exhibit at the Centre as part of 20th Year Neighbourhood Week.

On Monday 21st November 2016, at 2pm, the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland welcomes President M D Higgins to the Centre on Roebuck Road in Clonskeagh as part of their 20th Anniversary Celebrations. The President will announce ‘A Celebration of Islamic Art’ that is on exhibit at the Centre as part of 20th Year Neighbourhood Week.

President Higgins will meet with artists from China, France, and Morocco, all of who display and demonstrate their varied skilled art talents and craftsmanship. Also during the visit the President will meet with dignitaries from Dubai UAE and members of the Oireachtas who will be present.

Official announcement will take place in the Events Hall at the Islamic Cultural Centre.
