It has existed for over 150 years and the Right of Way has been used for generations of people. Now it is under threat as the Port of Cork claims there was never a Right of Way and is taking steps to extinguish it forever. Join us in our quest to ensure that future generations continue to enjoy this scenic walkway.

And see also the proposed planning restrictions that the government plans to introduce that will take away to object to land grabs such as these because the new legislation will require groups to be in existence for over three years and have at least 100 members before they can have a say. This of course is crazy since many issues arise at very short notice and would require people to form groups against any conceivable issue 3 years in advance of it!
