This is how we should respond to clearly crazy policy ideas, says Joanna Gray. Like a streetwise woman in a nightclub who spots a chancer coming and stops him in his tracks, we all just need to say "NO!"

Tens of thousands in London attend ‘Unite for Freedom’ rally, demanding ‘back to normal now’

category international | rights, freedoms and repression | news report author Sunday August 30, 2020 01:28author by 1 of indy Report this post to the editors

‘Take off the mask!’

Well over 10,000 people have attend a rally in Trafalgar Square, London around midday today (Sat 29th Aug) to ‘Unite for Freedom’ and ‘Take off the mask!’ and to demand a ‘back to normal now’

As of 9pm the BBC still had not reported on it. The march began in Trafalgar Square and marched to the Houses of Parliament to show opposition to the ongoing shutdowns and unnecessary restrictions

There were also large protests going on at the same time in Berlin where over 18,000 attended but it is very difficult to find anything other than derisory coverage from the mainstream media.

#uniteforfreedom Apparently Britain’s deputy chief medical officer said this week that evidence that masks protect from Covid-19 is “not very strong,” despite the mandates in place. Actually there is no evidence. Studies go back to the 1930s and 40s form Dentists who wondered about such things in those days and they found no evidence and recently a set of trials by surgeons demonstrate little difference in outcome on patients when surgeons wore masks and didn't wear masks during surgery.

The media claim they were all far-right and nazis but this is what they are saying about anyone who objects to the narrative. Conspiracy theorist is used too. The people running this whole Covid hoax are psychopaths

Media said about 18,000 turned up but the real number was closer to 40,000
