No, your words, not mine. i think the loyalists out smashing windows and chucking pipebombs into pensioners home are dumb, yeah. i also think the loyalists who do drive by shootings to kill a catholic, any catholic, are dumb (and cunts). what i am saying is that MI5/FRU do not need to be there at the moment, but maybe they are. of course they have been working in the past, when the loyalists suddenly gained a little more focus and did targetted hits, ie Finucane. anyway, who the fuck is 'lisa mcdowell' and what has she got to do with the use of baton rounds? sorry if i do not take the view point that all police, brits, soldiers are evil bastards, but i think that is over simplified slightly. just because i don't attack their every move, does not mean i support them.

Hugh order impartial? i dont think so, hugh orde was in charge of the stevens inquiry into collusion between loyalists and security force personnel, under Hugh's guidance the stevens inquiry got nowhere, and found nothing, so lucky for the brits hugh orde was in charge of the investigation. the appointment of Hugh orde as chief superintendent of the PSNI/RUC, is a reward to Hugh for keeping quiet, following orders and his unflinching loyalty to her majesty's security forces, by not revealing any wrong doing on their part, or blackening the name of senior security force personnel with embarrasing revelations connected to the stevens inquiry.

lisa mcdowell, allegedly unassuming working class loyalist housewife? lisa mcdowell went to a top fee paying private public school on the Malone rd for daughters of judges, buisnessmen and peelers. All establishment figures. lisa mcdowell's husband is a UFF ex prisoner, lisa and her family were put out of east belfast during the LVF/UFF feud with the progressive unionist UVF, whom the right wing neo nazi national capitalist UFF/LVF claimed were communist, becos of their progressive socialist outlook. lisa mcdowell certainly would be in contact with establishment figures, through her school network and her own rich family. so there is a connection there between UFF loyalist violence and the hoity toity unionist establishment figures. why did you not come clean and say that you were only interested in the protection and well being of pigs, why are you ashamed of protecting what you consider intellectually and socially superior pig skins, compared to the unruly stupid enough working class protestant and catholic rabbles, as you portray them, we must use plastic bullets for their own good you know, for the good of working class protestants and catholics?. you are afraid and ashamed to admit you are a security force peeler thats why. in previous posts to do with plastic bullets your response has been more truthful, and you have openly admitted you were a peeler and you had the only and best interests of peelers in mind, and also the preservation and protection of luxury developments near to the short strand, the waterfront hall, and all those lucrative empty white elephant apartment blocks, wouldnt want them damaged in rioting would you, might put big business capitalists and their mickey mouse companies off locating in northern ireland.

Fuck off 'chief superintendent hugh odd bored', i have no connection to any government body or politics. The police, biased as they are, go in to separate crowds and get attacked, then use baton rounds. so they do use them to keep people apart, whether directly or to protect themselves as they drive a wedge between loyalists and nationalist communities. as for Orde, he is hardly a friend of the loyalists as he was part of the Stevens report into collusion between loyalist murder gangs and military intelligence types.
i think you don't give the loyalists enough credit - they don't need to be stirred up by MI5/FRU, they are losing their footing so they are making trouble on their own just to kick out. i think the loyalists making the trouble dumb enough without the military sticking their oar in.

brit secretary of northern ireland, jock mcthingy swept into working class areas of east belfast, just to prove he is not a mauling big squaddie mannequin, hoping to portray himself in down to earth mo mowlams footsteps. jock mcthingy mauling big squaddie blunderer walked into a barage of abuse, discovering that both working class prods and catholics hate him equally. jock mcthingy laid down the law, when he ventured into catholic short strand area though, accompanied by burly bodyguards and overhead hovering helicopters, jeep loads of squaddies/peelers, jock bravely told republican short strand residents that they should fall in line, support, cooperate, and collaborate with the newly established PSNI/RUC different name, same pigs, in order to get the PSNI/RUC to protect them from UFF cluan place loyalists running amok. so the message to short strand residents is clear, either you fall in line, behind the PSNI/RUC, supporting, cooperating and collaborating with PSNI/RUC, otherwise you're on your own, and the PSNI/RUC will stand by, and let loyalists run amok, terrorising the short strand. the choice is yours.

what you mean, is delicate middle class establishment loving pigs may get injured, plastic bullets are only used when pigs come under attack, they are not used for crowd dispersal, or to break up fighting between rival factions. If you would stop mi5/FRU winding up loyalists and encouraging loyalists to destabilise the peace process, by attacking catholic commnunities, in order to provoke provies to retaliate and break the ceasefire, hence get kicked out of office, in the mistaken delusion that all will be well again for the loyalist community. isnt sickening poncing english man hugh odd bored gets the top peeler job, after you've put in so many hours work on the streets sgt jim bob.

I would like to see the army off the streets, but when the police are overstretched, off sick and injured they need back-up to try and keep disturbances from developing too far. The army should not use plastic baton rounds in the manner suggested (firing into the chest), but if baton rounds are not used at all then a fatality will result from fighting between the crowds. I think the crux of the matter is the violence, seemingly mostly instigated by loyalists, which needs to be tackled at a community level.
