Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

offsite link Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

Nestle sues Ethiopian starving

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Thursday December 19, 2002 15:21author by Jim Bob Report this post to the editors

Nestle demands money from Ethiopia, enough to feed one million for a month

NESTLE has come under fire for suing the world’s poorest country for a disputed multi-million payment as its government struggles to cope with one of its worst famines in 20 years.

The Swiss-based multi-national wants compensation from Ethiopia after its ministers sold off a joint business venture they had with Nestlé. Ethiopian officials have offered £1.5million, but Nestlé is insisting on the full £3.7 million it says it is owed.

While Nestlé says the demand is a “matter of principle”, Oxfam says the total money could feed a million Ethiopians for a month.

The row comes only a month after the country’s president, Meles Zenawi, warned that up to l5million people could soon need emergency food aid. Analysts fear the drought-caused famine could prove worse than the 1984 disaster that killed a million people.

Sophia Tickell, a policy analyst at Oxfam, said: “Frankly, Nestlé should be thinking about how the money should be spent on the famine relief and drop the claim altogether.” A Nestlé spokesman told today’s Guardian: “In the interests of continued flows of foreign direct investment, which is critical for developing countries, it is highly desirable that conflicts are resolved according to international law and a spirit: of fairness.” The dispute centres on a deal over a German company, Schweisfurth Group, which had a majority share in the Ethiopian Livestock Development Company (Elidco) that the previous Etihiopian military regime seized in 11975. The government sold Elidco to a local firm for £6.5 million four years ago.

Anti-semitism is not permitted on the newswire. Posting that the Nestle CEO is 'acting like a typical Jew', because he 'would rather see millions starve than have a little less cash for himself' is anti-semitism. Cop yourself on.

What exactly do you mean by that?

It seems very bigoted to me. Anti-semetic, and inciteful to hatred against a whole group of people based purely on their religion.

If you disagree with the actions of Nestle, that's fine (I don't like their actions either, but even if I did I recognise your right to that opinion)
If you dislike the actions of the Israeli government then that's a legitimate criticism too.

But to make a smear on every single Jew on the planet is way out of line.
Not all jews are killing Palestinians or supporting Sharon.

Just like not all Muslims are bombers,
just like not all Christians are Cross burning Klan members.

Associating the action of Nestle's CEO with everyone of the Jewish faith you are being sectarian and whether intentionally or not you are fanning the flames of hatred against an entire group (diverse within itself)

At a guess, I'd say THAT's why your post was deleted.

Shouldn't have bothered responding to the troll myself as it was only a distraction from the Nestle in Ethiopa story.

That's shocking corporate greed in my opinion and I hope nestle know that I really really like their yorkie bars, and kit kats but have not eaten one in over a year because I disagree with Nestle's actions. (That's my personal opinion and action)

I deplore the actions of Nestle in Ethiopia but I wonder if the government didn't have to give money to Nestle would they spend it on their own people? Doubtful. I'd like to be proved wrong.

author by Raypublication date Thu Dec 19, 2002 17:46author address author phone Report this post to the editors

I'm an anarchist, ex-member of the WSM. I have the permission to 'censor' this site because I've gotten involved in the administration of indymedia, by going to meetings and taking part in the discussions on the mailing lists. The other people on the mailing lists agreed that I could be trusted to apply the editorial guideliens even-handedly (and everything deleted from the site goes to a hidden list, so they can keep an eye on me), so they made me an editor. In another few weeks it'll be somebody else.
If anyone has any problems with my deletions, they're free to bring it up on the mailing lists. Get enough people to agree, and my admin rights will be removed. Open, transparent, and democratic.

Nestle to set up Israel R&D centre for snack foods

The Swiss giant which owns 50.1% of Israeli food maker Osem will invest millions of dollars to operate the new R&D centre

December 24, 2000, 12:17 PM
TEL AVIV (Reuters)

- Swiss food giant Nestle will set up a global research and development centre for snack foods next year in Sderot, a town in Israel's Negev desert, the Maariv newspaper reported on Sunday.
Nestle owns 50.1 percent of Israeli food maker Osem Investments and the two together produce snack foods at a plant in Sderot.

According to Maariv, Nestle will invest millions of dollars to operate the new R&D centre.

And I'll be sure to pick a publisher that won't be as narrow-minded as you. You don't even back up your stance with an argument. You simply dismiss everything I say as anti-semetic racist spam. Don't anarchists like to challenge the accepted status quo? Maybe, just maybe some cultures/religions are more shit than others. Who are you to say otherwise? Open your mind man.

It this morrning that i was asked why peopel are always starved in ethiopia by my instractor ,who indeed come from israel. He extended his question kindly out of passion to know the realty. I explend for him why from my own point of view. Furthermore, I mentioned the story how jewish people arrive in Newyork starved and sick.
Do not get me wrong here . No hard feeling between as but we were trying to understand why.
As a matter of fact I mentioned this thing just to forward an idea for Mr.x and Mr.Y who has been critising each other in a very childish manner. I say I do understand both of them.
I suppose both of them are right . For instance if Mr X think that all jews are robbers. That was deffinetly wrong but if he is trying to attack the commen interst of jewish people and what they share in this common interest I guess it is a far better arggument. Why? Because this way nof arrgument add up all the good jews with the bad one there fore he might infer that all jews are Bad .
I understand Mr,x though because he is less confused than MrX. He or she seems siply trying to say . Cut the crap "you are making a falacy of generalisation.
One piece of addvise for the dude who is cuting out disscutions.
Please give a chance for people to hate each other. They might understand each other eventualy that what ever they say that they will never change the ........(undiffined)
