Ná díol caora dhubh, ná ceannaigh caora dhubh, agus ná bí gan caora dhubh.

Anglo-Saxon jurisprudence is founded on a patriarchal conceit.
That land and livestock may pass from dead father to living son.
European jurisprudence is founded on similar feudal notions with Napoleonic codification.

There were other legal systems and conceits.
Brehon being but one which sees the interelated responsibilities of the individual and society in very different terms.

In the 21st century we shall develop new legal and jurisprudential concepts and vehicles.
Do not giggle at brehon law nor seahfhocal ancient proverbs of astounding wisdom.

We can not sustain this world of patent.
we can not sustain this world of copyright.
we can not sustain this world of equity.

some of us say YA BASTA!
some of us say tricky bricky
hippy freaky
trippy anarchisty.
