Deliberate Design Flaw In ChatGPT-5 Sun Aug 17, 2025 08:04 | Mind Agent
Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!
This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.
AI Reach: Gemini Reasoning Question of God Sat Aug 02, 2025 20:00 | Mind Agent
Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.
Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza
Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support
With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza
China?s CITY WIDE CASH SEIZURES Begin ? ATMs Frozen, Digital Yuan FORCED Overnight Wed Jul 30, 2025 21:40 | 1 of indy
This story is unverified but it is very instructive of what will happen when cash is removed
THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty
A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7Jeb is the smart one of the Bush Brothers. Neil got caught with his hand in the cookie jar with the Savings & Loan scandals of the 80's and George W is the hansome one.
James Baker, Dad and others in the US Repub Party decided they wanted to continue the Dynasty. They had been grooming both W and Jeb for years - taking the two crucial Southern states' governorships, Texas and Florida.
Remember, in the US, states elect presidents, not voters - the 'electoral system' was originally designed to give Slave States more representation. The Original US Constitution declared Africans to be 3/5th human, thus giving Slave State more representation in the House of Representatives.
After the Civil War the 3/5th part was voided but the 'electoral system' stayed.
Anyway, the high populations in Fla and Tex make them powerful, in the electoral system - both controlled by the Bush family.
Jeb is the best politician of the all the Bros - he knows how to talk without bumbling, he is as rhetorically sophisticated as Clinton and knows how to play the race card without seeming so.
George W, on the other hand, is just an untraveled, drunken, coke snorting, whore-fucking frat boy, with a DUI and a military desertion on his (erased & hidden) record.
Amazing thing is, after impeaching Clinton for perjury about a blowjob, the US Repub Party ran the one guy who was most like Clinton.
Only, no where near as smart as Clinton. W is Clinton without the brains.
My original point, before I started ranting about the Bush Family, is that Jeb is the guy who would have been a better candidate and better politician.
I wouldn't have voted for him, nor agree with him on 98% of any issue - but Jeb should have been the 2000 Candidate and probably could have won, no coup required.
But Jeb is young, so wait. 2004 or 2008.
My gut feeling is that GW will drop out in 2004 and let his lil Bro take over.
Oh, one more thing, Those Texas Hillbillies are really from Connecticut. They may pretend they are from Texas (John Wayne antics and all) but they are really New England Blue Bloods with all the sense of ruling class entitlement that allows them to think the 2000 Coup was an act of God.
Jeb is in Florida till 2007.
The Democrats however have not offered any credibly opposition figure to Bush2. The Bush family belong to the same family tree as the British royal family, but so do loads of people.
I wrote yesterday on BCNindymedia that "two generations a dynasty do not make". & they do not.
Jeb has played a very good game as a politician, I actually gave serious thought to the "republic of spain" gaffe, it seemed so perfect as error to make. It meant that any protesters who turned up would naturally use "republika" as a slogan. We could not resist the temptation. And after considering the implications of "rumsfeld´s republic" over the last weeks, I am not convinced that this was not a deliberate "spin" aimed at provoking Catalan and Basque debate. They are both very busy formulating "external association" ideas. The Republic of Catalonia and the Republic of the Basques were we remember internal arrangements within the 2nd Republic of Spain.
Anyway the "radical" minority described by Fraga /(president of Galicia) as being behind every protest in Spain (from nunca mais to auterem la guerra) now this morning seems to be more "republican" in nature than before. That places us closer to the "dangerous to the state" status that has provoked Aznar´s attacks on Basque independence and seperatist organisations. Aznar has done more than merely illegalise HB/ETA he has moved with Garzón (state judge prosecutor) against all "non-loyal" elements within the Kingdom.
Fortuanately we are sharper than that, our nerves and wit and intelligence are not blunted by nightly suppers of meat and fish, wine and cake.
And so we did not last night shout anything that has been used by Garzón before to justify the penal code laws "against disrespect to the King/kingdom/state".
[That is illegal here] The most outstanding cases at the moment are against Catalan "independentists" and language enthusiasts for calling the King less than truthful last year when he said "Castilian Spanish has never been forced on anyone or a tool of oppression".
link to last thoughts on Bush3 with some background info (his website-budget etc.,)
and/or does the disrespect have a clear definition (such as calling for him to be killed?).
it covers lots of things. and they start at much more basic conversation level than "calling for regicide".
It is illegal to criticise either person or office of the Crown. I can think of many examples off the top of my head but not the names. They arose from a speech made last year on language. I´ll search my clippings and try and write a "freedom of speech" thing on it. Spain is the only country I know of in Europe that inforces these types of law. But it is worth commenting that prosecution is made in the King´s name. We are not led to believe that he sits listing people to have a go at. That is done by Garzón.
It strikes me that this is a hangover from a former period in Spanish history. It seems symptomatic of a certain "insecurity" at the heart of the Constitution and "Nation state".
But then on the contrary to those who support this sort of thing, they call the King "the saviour of democracy" for his role on February 23rd 1981.
Readers may recall there was an attempted coup d´etat in Madrid. It makes sharp contrast with the UK where no charges have been brought against many newspapers "the english guardian" included for calling almost ritually for a Republic. Perhaps English republicanism does not excite such "insecurity"?
Ahern and Aznar met the Bushes this week.
Ahern met George and Aznar met Jeb.
Both had important current and long standing agenda and business to attend to in their respective states of the European Union.
everytime Aznar meets Jeb there's loads of Spanish Republican flags out.
of inviting Bush family members everywhere, it's been such a long time since we saw the daddy.

Well, I'm beginning to see the light.
Well, I'm beginning to see the light.
Some people work very hard,
but still they never get it right.
Well, I'm beginning to see the light.
I wanna tell all you people, now.
Now, now, baby, I'm beginning to see the light.
Hey, now, baby, I'm beginning to see the light.
Wine in the mornin', and some breakfast at night.
Well, I'm beginning to see the light.
Here we go again, playing the fool again.
Here we go again, acting hard again.
All right!
Well, I'm beginning to see the light!
I wanna tell you, ooh-oh-oh!
Hey, now, baby, I'm beginning to see the light!
It comes very softly now.
I wore my teeth in my hands so I could miss the hell of a night.
Hey! Well, I'm beginning to see the light!
Now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, baby,
I'm beginning to see the light, now!
It comes softer!
Hey, now, baby, I'm beginning to see the light.
I met myself in a dream, and I just want to tell you,
Everything was alright.
Hey, now, baby, I'm beginning to see the light.
Here comes two of you.
Which one will you choose?
One is black and one is blue,
Don't know just, what to do.
Alright!
Well, I'm beginning to see the light, oh, now, here she comes!
Hey, yeah, baby, I'm beginning to see the light!
Oh-ahhhh!
Some people work very hard,
But still they never get it right.
Well, I'm begining to see the light.
Ah, it's getting a little softer, maybe, in there.
Now, now, baby, I'm beginning to see the light.
Ah, it's coming around again,
Hey, now, now, now, baby, I'm beginning to see the light.
One more time.
There are problems in these times,
But, woo!, none of them are mine!
Oh, baby, I'm beginning to see the light.
Here we go again,
I thought that you were my friend.
Here we go again,
I thought that you were my friend.
