Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

offsite link Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

Israeli assassination squad kills 10-year old girl in Bethlehem

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Wednesday March 26, 2003 12:53author by kokomero Report this post to the editors

Doctrine of premption fails again

An Israeli undercover unit has shot dead a 10-year-old Palestinian girl and wounded her parents and 15-year-old sister in Bethlehem by firing indiscriminately at civilians during failed assassination attempt.

Girl killed in Bethlehem battle

The battle breaks a comparative lull in the conflict
An Israeli undercover unit has shot dead a 10-year-old Palestinian girl and wounded her parents and 15-year-old sister in Bethlehem in what a military source said was a tragic accident.
Israeli radio said the troops had been trying to arrest suspected Hamas militants in the West Bank town on Tuesday evening when the suspects opened fire from their car.

They had fired back, killing three men, when the car carrying Christine Shehadeh and her family appeared on the scene and the soldiers opened fire on it, believing they were under attack.

Palestinian sources accused the troops of killing innocent civilians and firing indiscriminately.

"An army unit went on an arrest operation but before they did anything they were fired on from a car and a gun battle ensued," an unnamed Israeli military source told Reuters news agency.

"It appears another vehicle entered the area at the time and was shot at. A tragic turn of events took place in the battle initiated by the terrorists in the midst of the town centre."

The mayor of Bethlehem, Hanna Nasser, said that the surviving members of the Shehadeh family were all taken to hospital with wounds.

Boy shot dead

The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that the three men killed in the attack were all "civilians" and it said that the troops had removed two of the bodies.

It named one of the dead men as 40-year-old Muwaffaq Abd-al-Razzaq Muhammad Badran from the al-Jadwal area.

Palestinian witnesses to the attack told Reuters that the undercover troops had fired wildly at the second car.

Correspondents say that there had been a comparative lull in the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians since the war in Iraq began.

Also on Tuesday, the Israeli army said it had killed a 14-year-old Palestinian boy and seriously wounded a 12-year-old in the West Bank town of Jenin after they climbed onto an armoured vehicle and tried to seize a machine gun.

And in the Gaza Strip, Jewish settlers reported that troops had opened fire on two intruders at the settlement of Morag.

The settlers said the troops had sealed off the area but there appeared to be one body on the ground.

Avi, your “logic” never ceases to amaze me. Maybe the lines of Jewish people queuing up to be gassed at Auschwitz or Treblinka were victims of “combat” between the SS and the Jewish people? Maybe they were just “accidentally” gassed. Maybe the ten-year-old Palestinian child was Saddam Hussein in disguise or perhaps a WMD, Maybe the Iraqi people who were murdered in Baghdad today by your friends in Washington and London committed suicide? As an apologist for Zionist crimes, you are doing a very bad job. The millions of Jewish people who were murdered by the German Fascists should NEVER have their memory besmirched by being used to excuse the crimes of Sharon and his predecessors.
BTW COCO, we DON’T need to descend to Avi’s level to make our points.

no need for that now... i understand dealing with avi can be frustrating. but lets not give him ammuntion. unless avi actually posted under the name coc so he could come back later and give out about 'anti-semities' on indymedia.

as i said b4 fact is that avi is basically a jewish fascist. reasoned argument doesnt work, neither does abuse. so what is the solution, well i'm taking a new approach, and doing what people should have done with hitler. namely ignoring him.

How slow do you have to be not to be able to outrun a bulldozer. Some advice for activists - join a gym and get fit before taking on a lumbering bulldozer in a foot race.

It is obvious that you always speak before you think Avi.

Go and contemplate being deliberately buried alive and then crushed to death by a bulldozer for nothing more than passive resistance and having an opinion.

Then imagine what your ancestors butchered in the holocaust would think of this savagery and naive attempts such as yours to excuse this genocidal behaviour.

Or maybe with your perverted mind you enjoy and get off on Nazi butchery?

On the subject of flag burning, burn them, burn them all if it leads to zealot nationalism such as yours!

For fuck's sake Avi "Combat is combat. These things happen, unfortunately"?
Isn't that similar to the line Hamas activists take about detonating themselves in buses in Israel?
The loss of civillian life is both unnecessary and horrific on either side of a conflict.

Can you please explain for me how -

1. A bulldozer crushing a protestor is combat?
2. An attack on people at a memorial service is combat?

Rachel Corrie's Mother Speaks Out. March 16, 2003. 23-year-old year old Rachel Corrie, a Palestinian rights activist working with the International Solidarity Movement, stood in front of an Israeli bulldozer in the city of Rafah in Gaza. For three hours, there had been a standoff, as Rachel and others blocked the bulldozer from demolishing a Palestinian home. Activists at the scene say that the driver of the bulldozer knew that Rachel was in front of him--and deliberately drove toward her.

Initially, he covered her in sand and other heavy debris. Then the bulldozer pushed Rachel to the ground and drove over her - then went into reverse to drive over her again. Rachel’s arms, legs and skull were fractured. She died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. As if to underline Israel’s contempt for Palestinians and anyone who supports them, a few days later, soldiers threw stun grenades and tear gas canisters at a group of Palestinian and international activists gathered for a memorial service at the spot where Rachel was crushed.

Rachel's mother:

It's hard for me to be fair to Rachel’s ideals. She taught me so much. She searched very deeply for answers to questions to learn all the different elements of this issue, and she tried to teach me. She was passionate about many things--about peace and freedom--but she was so gentle at the same time. One of her goals was to bring attention to the reality of the lives of the people in Gaza. She told me that this was one of the best things she did in her life. She loved the people, and their generosity towards her, although they had so little. She talked of the way people took her into their homes, into their families, and she spoke of their dignity, despite their suffering.

Her death reflects the mindlessness of the whole situation. She believed that the occupation of Palestinian lands was indefensible. But Rachel also had a love for all of humanity. The actions of the Israeli Defense Forces are so horrifying, but I still believe that there are many Israelis and American Jews who oppose what Israel is doing to the Palestinians. So many people in the U.S., many of them Jewish, have shown so much support and sympathy towards us in the last few days.

Rachel’s message was one of peace. I’ve tried really hard to keep my focus on the Occupied Territories. But I have to think about the inconsistencies in our supporting UN resolutions calling for Iraq to disarm, while completely ignoring and abandoning all UN resolutions that have called for Israeli withdrawal from the Occupied Territories. Rachel was opposed to this war on Iraq. She was frightened about what would happen there if the U.S. goes to war. Now that war is underway, and I pray for the people in Iraq and fear for the suffering they will go through.
