Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

offsite link Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

120 Christian Homes In Jerusalem Area To Be Demolished By Israeli Soldiers

120 Christian Homes In Jerusalem Area To Be Demolished By Israeli Soldiers. Reported by the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions, info@icahd.org PO Box 2030 Jerusalem 91020, Israel

The new homes were built by a group of limited income Palestinian Christian families who banded together as the Arab Orthodox Housing Project to build a new life. They obtained a 99-year lease from their Church, the Greek Orthodox Church, 22 years ago and then began the agonizing process of organizing and saving enough money to start construction. Thanks to Israel and our country's support of their policies, Christians are becoming an 'endangered species' in the Holyland. Right Wing Conservative Christians here in the U.S. actually help make this happen by supporting Ariel Sharon.

Beit Sahour, West Bank October 6, 2002

Israeli courts have upheld an Israeli Army order to demolish 120 newly built Palestinian homes in Beit Sahour, a Palestinian town adjacent to Bethlehem. Residents today demonstrated against the order and launched an international campaign to save their homes.

"We were renters for 40 years," Dalal Awad, a mother of five told me. "We saved for 22 years and built this home with our neighbors. It cost $42,000. We built it with our hearts, our own labor. Now the Israelis want to kill our dream."

A year ago the first families moved in, even though Israel refused to provide electricity and the road to the homes was not completed. More than 40 families now live there. The entire project will house 850 people.

Hanan Bannourah, her father, 82, and her mother, 78, settled in March 2002, as did her brother's family of seven in a neighboring unit. "The Israelis bulldozed our first home in 1991. We saved and saved to build our new home." Then, at the end of May, Israeli police and soldiers told them they planned to destroy it.

Israeli courts recently rejected the residents' appeal. Now they will take the case before the Israeli Supreme Court.

"Israel wants to protect their settlers just over the hill [in Har Homa] says Ms. Bannourah. "They are trying to surround Bethlehem with their new settlements, and to cut it off from Jerusalem. They are trying to take over all of Palestine."

A new Israeli bypass road is being built to Har Homa that will surround and then cut right through Beit Sahour. Har Homa will house 30,000 Israeli Jewish settlers. Beit Sahour consists of Christians and Moslems living side by side, resisting the Israeli military occupation.

According to the Oslo Agreement, Beit Sahour is part of Area B, which means it is supposed to be under joint control of Israel and the Palestinian Authority. The municipality is supposed to have control over land use.

The Arab Orthodox Housing Project received permits from Beit Sahour to build, and was on the verge of completing the entire project when Israel sent its demolition order. Suddenly Israel claimed the land is in Area C and therefore completely under its control.

No one knows when the Israeli Army plans to destroy the homes. But the residents are not waiting.

"We know that when Israel decrees an order they do not care whether families will be made homeless." To fight, the families have launched an international information campaign to save their homes. They plan to march and organize a hunger strike.

"If necessary, I will build a tent here. Our dream will not die. I am not leaving," says Ms. Bannourah.

Since yesterday the Israeli occupation forces in Palestine have been forcing foreigners entering the Gaza Strip to sign waivers stating that they are not peace activists and absolving the army from responsibility if it shoots them.

This comes hard on the heels of the autopsy of James Miller, a cameraman killed by the IDF, showed he was killed by an Israeli bullet.

The IDF and Israel want to hide the genocide against Palestinians from world opinion, shame on them and their Zionist excusers!

Teaching young Palestinians how to hate

Rachel Corrie burning an American flag in Gaza
Surrounded by clearly embarassed children Rachel Corrie, her face twisted in hatred burns the flag of her own country. I wonder how many other peace activists" are up to the same antics. Waht happened to the poor little óinseach that she got herself into this condition?

I find it remarkable that anybody thinks there could be more effective ways of teaching young Palestinians hatred than arresting them and beating them up, killing their relatives, demolishing their homes, impoverishing their families.

On the other hand, Israelis and Americans who go to Gaza and the West Bank and put themselves at risk in order to protect Palestinian civilians and their homes there are clearly teaching them the opposite lesson.

Sharon and the IDF are the ones inculcating hatred of Israelis, and groups like Ta3ayush, Rabbis for Human Rights, the Israeli Campaign against House Demolitions, etc do a great deal of work which in addition to protecting Palestinian human rights shows Palestinians that not all Israelis are members or supporters of the occupation forces.

We wouldn't be doing any of this if large numbers of Palestinians, along with their clan support networks, weren't intent on murdering us. Actually, these and other tactics are reasonably successful from our point of view, at least as a temporary measure, as they keep the bombers and murderers largely at bay. If we didn't do this, we would be paying the cost in innocent Israeli lives, but of course, most contributors to this site wouldn't mind that, would they?

On Oct. 13th of last year, 7 days after the publication of the article and nearly 7 months ago, the Israeli Supreme Court ordered a halt to any plans of demolition. This article wasn't "news", it was shameless regurgitation of propaganda.

As Prof. Alan Dershowitz said:

For the first time in Mideast history, there is an independent judiciary willing to listen to grievances of Arabs - that judiciary is called the Israeli Supreme Court.

More cheap sausage from Avi H. Baloney: Below.

"Why are we doing this?
by Avi H. Sat, May 10 2003, 3:58pm

We wouldn't be doing any of this if large numbers of Palestinians, along with their clan support networks, weren't intent on murdering us. "

BULLSHIT Avi. 'you' the Israeli-Likud propagandists in all Western Block countries have been "intent" on Stealing the entire Palestinian Homeland since Ben Gurion declared that was the objective after the the 2nd World War. Approximately 45% of the Palestinian Homeland was given to Jewish immigrants in 1947. The Palestinians naturally didn't like the idea of officially handing it over to a people overtly and convertly Adversary to them. The immigrant Jews had massive American and English Jewish Lobby money, weapons and logistical support.

The Palestinians resisting the UN Mandate, as usual, had u gottse (nothing to resist with). They applied to other Arabs and got a fraction of the monitary and weapons support that the Hagganah, the Irgun and the Stern Gang got. And hence were badly beaten (shall we say 'murdered' Avi? the way your people's army murdered the peace activist girl Rachel Corrie?) From 1950 on the Israelis kept driving Palestinians out of the villages that they had lived in for a thousand years. Then came the threatening disgust of the other Arab nations in 1967: they moved a significant number of troops to stations by the Israeli border to persuade Isreal to lessen their intimidation of Palestinians in the villages - and then ISRAEL ATTACKED. Attacked with no other provocation than troop movements of those countries WITHIN THEIR OWN BORDERS - there WAS NO ATTACK on Isrrael. Israel attacked First. (Doubters: ... research on Google who attacked first in the 1967 War. It's a fact it was Israel - but Israeli news control has spun that the other way around.)

After the 1967 War the Israeli were not just 'intent' on Stealing all of Palestine - They have in fact defacto STOLEN 90% of the West Band and Gaza. The Israelis have from the establishment of Israel been intent on overrunning and annexing ALL of Palestine.

THAT IS WHAT THE INFATADA IS FIGHTING - THE THEFT OF THE PALESTINIAN HOMELAND.

(And if you think that Israel is going to get to keep the stolen 'Settlements' as provided for by the US 'road plan to peace' - think again. Return the stolen lands OR there will never be peace with the Israeli and ..... -. -. -. ....THE REST OF THE WORLD. The rest of the Just world demands that you withdraw ENTIRELY from the West Bank and Gaza. For if you continue to Occupy the West Bank and Gaza, Israel will Never have peace with the rest of the world. We know the "US road plan to peace " is the 'American-Israeli PAC plan to steal Palestine'.)

You've got your own country. Stay out of Palestine and get back in your own country as provided for by the 1947 UN mandate.

And oh yes, destroy your atomic weapons of mass destruction. Israel is no more trust worthy with WMD than Iraq was. Or if you think that Israel and Israelamerica can decide who should have them - try taking them away from Russia, China and India.

The Baloney never ends, Avi, because you and other sausage makers keep the Baloney factory going.

You have only lost Israeli lives since 1967 because you keep on Occupying ANOTHER PEOPLE'S HOMELAND. And you know that well.
