& this is the sort of cappucino culture you'd get if you had café bars and no doubt about it. Well now we know Mr Berlusconi a little bit better don't we? A bar of soap reportedly made from the fat of Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi goes on display for the first time at the 36th Art Basel, which starts on Wednesday. |

Jump To Comment: 1in a grimace of what might seem at a distance be surprise, on Sunday when the bar of soap made from fat extracted from "pro-cosmetology" Berlusconi sold after less than an hour's auction for 15,000€.
Analysts have posed the suggestion that in other EU states where beauty is less important, such as eire, the appropriate minister (i.e. Harney) could encourage a political "soap bar" as well.
Indeed Irish cosmetologists languish behind their european and north american partners in regulation, and are losing credibility to the many cowboy operators in the innovative new science sector.
And this makes little financial sense.
As Irish youngsters join the ranks of the most obese in the developed world, their future right to a safe and secure liposuction has not been guaranteed by the FF/PD coalition, who rather seem intent on storing up trouble for the future.
