Jump To Comment: 4 3 2 1Multinationals don't give donations out of a sense of charity so its reasonable to question what reasons where behind it. Its fair to say in Ireland given the history of corruption in the heart of government as exposed by the various tribunals that state agencies accepting money from big business is not a good idea!
It is indeed possible that this link could be totally unrelated. Then again, in the world of corporate politics anything is possible!
There is ample research and evidence to suggest that government and corporate relationships use all sorts of cosy committees, boards, commissions and the like to hide decisions from the public eye.
Another wild conspiracy theory - great imagination!
