Members of the Coalition to Abolish the Fur Trade staged a protest outside Brown Thomas on Friday evening against the sale of fur. A Garda arrived and threatened to arrest the activists whose only crime was to protest against the barbaric and cruel fur trade. Across the world, wild animals are imprisoned in bare wire cages. Mink in cages with a floor space equivalent to 2 shoe boxes, foxes in cages just 1 metre square. |
