Library Bar, Central Hotel, Exchequer St.
Doors 7.30 for 8 pm start.
Limited seating, come early!
Adm. EUR 5.00. Homeless/impoverished free. This Valentine’s Day, treat yourself to a romantic and rowdy, paddle-wheeling canoe journey through the thick of the Louisiana swamplands, with the gorgeous, the courageous, the outrageous Angela Davis from New Orleans. There will be plenty of jazzy singing and down-home fun, with authentic Mardi Gras souvenirs.
Be regaled by the crazy innuendo of Mr. Al E. Gator, who may want to eat some delectable young lady snatched from your canoe. - All staged in good-natured fun, with no prior rehearsal! Then take a quick detour through the heart of the Cajun capital, where you’ll meet the legendary swamp monster, the Loup Garou. You’ll laugh out loud as Michaul the Cajun whips up a crawfish boil that will make your mouth feel like it’s on fire! Round out the evening with a second-line dance parade and some Mardi Gras festivities you won’t forget too soon!

I hope nobody makes the mistake of thinking this is a commercial event, as admission fees will only barely cover the room rental, even if the gig is sold out! We're only doing it for the craic!
