The UK Covid Inquiry, at great expense, has issued recommendations on preparing for the 'next pandemic'. But there is still no call for research into the effectiveness of lockdowns, say Carl Heneghan and Tom Jefferson.

Prof Norman Fenton and Dr Scott McLachlan were edited out of Channel 5's Lucy Letby documentary on Sunday night. Their crime? Expressing forbidden views online. It shows how pernicious cancel culture has become, says Dr Fenton.

I would like to highlight the success of the protests at the Ashleaf Dunnes stores. The community have responded in a overwhemingly solid expression of support for Joanne and disgust at the tactics of the local Management Louis Nally and Darren Dunphy, who sacked Joanne. We have been asking shoppers to wear the solidarity badge with the MANDATE union badge printed on it and to challenge the Management, calling for Joannes re-instatement and that the customer will consider not shopping in Dunnes if Joanne is not re-instated. Many shoppers have refused to shop in the Ashleaf as a result of the protest. This week we will continue the protest and Joanne is greatly encouraged and thanks everyone who are placing protests at Dunnes stores throughout the City and Country. Leaflets, petitions etc can be got from the Support group by contacting Dermot Connolly @ 087 7675691. MANDATE also have leaflets and the solidarity badges can be collected from the Union @ 8746321. Please post up on Indymedia if protests are held in your local area.
AN INJURY TO ONE IS AN INJURY TO ALL.
