Human Rights Forum - The Collusion of MI5, FBI & Gardai in the Framing of Michael McKevitt
“Our family is seeking support for the Michael McKevitt Justice Campaign and we invite people to come along on Thursday to the Human Rights Forum, to hear the true facts of this case, which has been described by Father Des Wilson as one of the most frightening and revealing of the past forty years in Ireland’s courts North and South.” Bobby’s sister Marcella, author of ‘The Framing of Michael McKevitt’ booklet welcomes the endeavours of eminent human rights activists to highlight the case of her brother-in-law, Michael McKevitt. She stated: “Our family is seeking support for the Michael McKevitt Justice Campaign and we invite people to come along on Thursday to the Human Rights Forum, to hear the true facts of this case, which has been described by Father Des Wilson as one of the most frightening and revealing of the past forty years in Ireland’s courts North and South.”
The Human Rights Forum is scheduled for Thursday, August 10th in the Balmoral Hotel, Blacks Road, Belfast (2:30 – 4:00). It will highlight the deliberate framing of Michael McKevitt by MI5, FBI and senior members of the Gardai.

Jump To Comment: 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1We fully support the efforts to free Michael McKevitt. We know that he was framed because the self-same MI5/FBI criminals who frramed him had previously framed us in Chicago by the same means.
Rogue FBI agent Ed "Patrick" Buckley fronted for MI5 against us in Chicago prior to going to Ireland where he and lifelong criminal David Rupert got involved in arranging Omagh for MI5 prior to framing McKevitt.
Before MI5/FBI employed Rupert as their chief "witness"against McKevitt (and as bonb car scout) he was committing crimes for them in Chicago. To frame McKevitt they used perjury; same as in Chicago. But once bitten; twice shy; as in framing McKevitt they didn't resort, as they did against us, to fabricating audiotape evidence which, upon being proven fabricated, demolished their courtroom attempt to railroad us.
Still; the major reason that we are free and McKevitt is not is due to the fact that the Federal judge knew that the jury would not convict on the basis of obvious perjury and fabricated evidence while the three judge panel in Dublin's Special Criminal Court that "tried" McKevitt had no such concern about the jury as in that court, as in Occupied Ireland, there was NO JURY!
In the interest of justice we are prepared to provide official documentation of all of the above and much more.
Sadly the Images of the Hunger Strikers have become the sole property of $inn Feign. They are used to Peddle the lie that $F are still Republican and are used in the Party Political Broadcasts that pass as commemorations.
It will be interesting to hear the speeches at this weeks big Commemoration in Belfast.
Is someone trying to tell me that Bobby wouldn't be backing the sister he so loved that he used her name on his writings. Away and read the Good Friday Agreement.
Are you also trying to tell me that a family that has gone through so much watching their Courageous Son/ Brother die are now to be denied the right to his name because it is now the copyright of a Political Party?
Padraig reminds me of the times when the SDLP used to shout about the PIRA having no mandate for their war. Oh how much like the SDLP have they become since they got their own mandate.
Oh and before you rant about dissidents some of us have our own opinions and don't support a further fruitless war especially as we have seen the outcome of 30 years of struggle to rid our country of British rule.Politicians in suits who now suit that Government who conspired with and abetted the Loyalist death squads who murdered our people in order in keep Unionists in power. To think that only recently we heard the leader of those self same suits propose Paisley as First Minster.
Firstly Padraig I am not a Dissident as you chose to label those who dare question Sinn Fein's slide towards a Partitionist State.
Certain leaders of Sinn Fein started out in the Officials does that mean they are still Sticks? I accept that Bobby was a member of Provisional IRA and proud of it as we all were but times have changed and the present day former comrades of Bobby have sold out in order to serve in a DUP led Government.
Sinn Fein have taken the SDLP's mandate but with it they have taken their hypocrisy and their cowardice in the face of Hard line Unionists. Sadly they hide behind the images of the Hunger Strikers in their attempts to paper over the reality that they have through the GFA made partition as solid as ever it was.
A 32 County Democratic Socialist Republic? Gerry won't be saying that in the Marble halls of Washington.
Bobby's comrades continue to struggle for the 32 county democratic socialist republic with the rest of Sinn Féin & the Irish people.
This is just typical of dissidents. They have no support from anybody in Ireland, so why should Sinn Féin (who have a huge mandate from the Irish people) support them.
This “forum” is not about anything else other than a futile attempt to gain support for dissidents. Because you are a relative of Bobby Sands, does not mean you speak on behalf of him, especially when you are not in the movement that Bobby was in. Bobby's comrades continue to struggle for the 32 county democratic socialist republic with the rest of Sinn Féin & the Irish people.
Where doe's this leave Sinn Fein? Will they be be supporting Bobby's family on this issue or will it be a case of injustice is OK as long as it's perpetrated against those they see as opponents?
