The tongue waggers are busy in the Dáil, there talking about Bertie and his spoils - who cares!

He’s a crook and we know it well before now! Why waste more time?

I’ll tell you why I say that it is unimportant what Bertie took in any single scoop, because while our political wasters are up there in the Dáil, supposedly discussing why we should or should not allow a crook at our helm, the Irish state is blazing into Rossport along with an international crime syndicate and are stealing our resources with the aid of our so called protectors – an Garda Siochána.

We have oil and gas off our coast, which is the envy of all of Europe and our political elite are cover up its theft right under our very noses.

So, what exactly is going on in the Dáil today? WE ARE BEING CONNED. – There is a major charade going on in the Dáil today, the timing of which can only be designed to allow the biggest theft in international history of a Nation’s resources to proceed undetected.

I know that within our shores that we take the Mickey out of a certain counties inhabitants as stupid. I also know that the Irish are often referred internationally as being stupid. We did not deserve that stigmatisation, up until now that is!. But if we allow this open fraud to take place then we will deserve every penny ‘s worth of the reputation earned. What should we do?

We should rise up en masse! We should shag Bertie and the rest of the crooks involved in this criminal deception in the political tip. We should prevent them ever gaining access to more Irish loot by pension or otherwise. We should form a Citizens Criminal Assets Bureau and recover the funds skimmed off the Irish people and we should go to Rossport NOW and stop this crime or forever hang our heads in shame.

The staunch defenders at Rossport are doing what we as a people are too cowardly even to consider.

I thank them sincerely.

The forces of the state are trying to break peaceful community protest.
The dogs in the street know it.
Bertie stated before that he has never been 'unethical' : never been caught more like.
He said that the nearest he came to being unethical was meeting the head of Shell EP.
Repeat that.

This is our kids heritage that they are selling off, destroying, demolishing and
defacing.

Every law they brought in , in relation to planning is weighted against the community.
It criminalises ordinary people.
It benefits the rich.
The PPP is weighted to the re-zoners and to the corporations.
It is about disempowerment and isolation.
Ghettoes are constructed to hide the poor.

Ordinary kids are being imprisoned in the JOY and coming out dead.
Elitism is based on Materialism.
There is no political mandate for screwing a people.

Remove FF/PD.

Why no protest?

Thousands of Hungarians went into the streets and camped outside their government buildings for much less than this. The PDs have publicly declared their support for Bertie no matter what money he received -- Surely it's the perfect time for people to get out onto the streets exposing both parties in Government?

The majority of the people in this country are fully behind the government...and behind Bertie Ahern. He has done nothing wrong or against the rules. There is absolutely no comparison between this saga and the very serious situation in Hungary. Maybe you should take your temper out on another plane!

I think the problem is that like Mr Inevitable, many people in this country have been so blinded by the greed and rampant materlism of the so-called Celtic-Tiger that the don't care or recognise the rotten corrupt core of this governemnt and the main opposition party. People don't seem to know what corruption is anymore even when its in front of them Indeed I would go as for as to say they wouldn't even put up much of a fight if the British Army rolled in and we became part of the British empire again so long as the big builders, speculalators and big business continue to rake it in(and rip-ff ordinary people in the process) - Indeed I'm begining to wonder was was the point in Ireland getting independence after the scene's this week in Erris.!

PS - People need to wake up and question like why are Irish banks and insurance companies the most profitable in Europe. - Why do we pay so much more for groceries on this side of the border compared to NI?????????

This government got 42% of the vote. I can't remember the turnout. If it was 70%, the government got a whopping 28% endorsement from the Irish people. If the turnout was 63%, the government got an amazing 24% approval - popular indeed.

Given the amount of money it takes these days to wage an election, the idea that there's something democratic about meaningless rhetoric, is bizarre and commonplace at the same time.

A danish group were studying the Irish machines, due to be introduced too in Denmark.
and yes- they are open to interference, secret hacking, software adaption to suit
whatever specific left/right orientation the powers that be would think suit us.

The progressive development model of democracy-observable in Erris.

The regressive social responsible right-wing coalition -observable through the
FG/Lab pact which will introduce reform (bit like the Tony Blair post-Thatcher admin)

then when enough reform has come to feed the masses we get the FF (clawback party)
and on it goes.

Politics is perception and there is no choice. maybe people would vote in open
fair elections if there was advocacy not clientelism.

So e-voting is kinda out, for the MO.

The Irish Gas Deposits in Cheshire Bertie ?

Were the Irish Gas deposits , at Middlewich Cheshire discussed at Manchester Bertie ? surely you could have asked someone where they are obtaining 30 million cubic litres ,from ? Milford Havens obtaining theirs from Quatar, and is the Largest in Europe, but its not your Gas anyway and with you running the Circus it wont belong to the Irish People soon. I hope you gave your regards to the Royals of Norway,as your after life will obviously contain the Noble Prize for Incompetancy or even a recommendation for Medical attention . Personally I hope your brought before the Irish Constitutional Courts and Impeached, as you,re having problems with understanding a few paragraphs or sentences contained in the Constitution itself, then we can go ahead in Europe and really make your Day.
